The staff was good but the room condition was terrible with bad smell and also the a part of wall in the bathroom was broken raising questions on safety. The sofa was worn out and wasn't clean. The entire room smelled very bad!! Will never ever choose extended stay America again One star because they were able to accommodate late check-in after I called them 3 times to ensure my flight would land midnight. That's about it. Overall a bad experience. But the staff were friendly

Glad they extended my stay! Better choice of hotels in Orlando. Only downside is the old carpets, but the rest is comfortable! Kind staff.

Business trip, decent stay with minor problems.

Picked the hotel due to the close proximity to the convention center. But knowing now there were nicer places nearby, I probably should have chosen another place. The room had a mildew smell when you first walk in, but then it was forgettable. The shower head sprayed out into the bathroom leaving a huge pond I had to wipe up. The desk seat had a tear in the cushion and the tv remote didn't work. Other than that it was okay, it did have a good cold ac unit which was nice.

The location is great around everything the staff was great and friendly, the room could’ve been better,they switched my room to a new one because of some issues with out a problem but the new room the bathroom wasn’t in the best condition and full of black mold but I didn’t want to complain too much.

Good for a budget hotel and a quick night stay. Room was clean but carpets were old and stained. No use for the small kitchenette, but that look very dated as well. It served it's purpose for the night. The staff was very cordial and check in and out were simple and fast.

Check in was quick easy and friendly, floors in room were grimey/gross so I had to wear my shoes in the room the entire time. Holes is walls in bathroom, no chair at the desk to be able to get work done. People were kind.

The property was average in general but there were some details that we did not like like cigarettes left overs on the floor when getting out. There was like a humidity smell when entering lobby. The room was okay and cleaned but there was a small hole in the bathroom and the carpet was clean but very old. But for one night it was okay and we needed a place to rest and not expensive.

Horrible Hotel

I visited the Extended Stay in Orlando for my daughter's cheerleading competition, and I selected Extended Stay for the price and for the fact that they offered daily breakfast. The hotel was not clean, the pool was dirty, the carpets smelled bad, there were 2 roaches in the room, and breakfast was never there. When I spoke to the hotel clerk, she stated that breakfast was ordered but it was never delivered. I do want to mention that the workers are friendly and kind. Other than that, the hotel needs new management or to be shut down. It is in a deplorable condition.

There was roach on the front desk(not at check in, when I went to complain about the room). The pool was littered with cigarette butts. The shower had no curtain. The walls and framed decor were absolutely filthy. My key card got sucked into the door lock. I would not recommend ANYONE stay here EVER. The gentleman at the front desk was nice, polite and tried. However; the property is TERRIBLE.

The place was not very clean, the halls smelled funny, the pool was closed, there was nothing in the kitchenette- glasses, silverware, pans, nothing- and when I requested these items I got one cup and one glass, No hair drier either. The location was great, and the room pretty cheap- but not nearly cheap enough, all things considered.

I was very satisfied with the level of service and the friendliness of the staff. You can really tell that they work hard to make very little resources go as far as possible to give guests the best experience they can. Ownership would do well to invest more into the property though. There is only so much these wonderful workers can do on their own. Special thanks to Cloe, Maria and Pisces! These ladies made my stay!
