Staff was nice but dirty water came out of the tap and faucet and I could not even take a shower or brush my teeth. Toilet would not flush completely and the water would fill to the brim looking as if it would come out the toilet. Ambulance would come in and out, apparently some things happen there. This is not the place to stay at except those that use these hotels as living quarters. I guess I should have known for the price and location. I would avoid it unless u have no choice or are intentionally looking for a place as described. I had a two night stay (for which I paid) and ended up leaving the first night.

Terrible. They had no rooms available for what I booked and offered me a non-updated different class room used for long-term accomodation, a room the front desk rep Kevin himself said I would not like. My toilet had feces in it upon check-in and would not flush, hence the feces in it from the previous person. Kevin came up with a plunger and could not resolve the issue. I decided to check-out that very same evening and he refused to refund me, and was rude and unprofessional. I called Expedia (whom I booked through) and they called the hotel and had a similar experience. Expedia asked me to call back again in the morning so they could attempt to contac the hotel management. They were lied to and eventually put on hold, and no one ever came back to answer their call. Excalation to Expedia management and eventually Expedia gave me credit for nights 2 and 3 in the form one OneKey for future booking, which cost Expedia out of pocket. I ate the cost of the first night, and have to find an accomodation elsewhere at a more expensive hotel given just everything was sold out at this point. To be clear: • The room I reserved was not available at check-in. • The substitute room had a documented plumbing failure and fecal residue. • The issue was not resolved despite staff intervention. • No comparable accommodation was provided. • I was forced to leave and incur additional lodging costs. • Front desk conduct was unprofessional and dismissive. Horrendous hotel.

I had an extremely disappointing and disturbing experience at this hotel. The customer service was absolutely terrible. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and at times even behaved in a threatening manner, which made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. To make matters worse, the room was not clean — we found a cockroach inside, which is completely unacceptable. Cleanliness should be a basic standard, and this hotel clearly fails in that regard. The breakfast was also very poor. There were very limited options, the food quality was low, and items were not properly maintained or refilled. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I would not recommend staying here.

My stay was extremely disappointing due to multiple safety and cleanliness issues. The first room had exposed electrical outlets, excessive late-night staff noise, and an uncomfortable incident involving someone attempting to access the room. The second room was unsanitary, with used bathroom trash, cockroaches, and water leakage from above. A third room was also unclean, with used beds and wet towels, and staff were unprofessional when I raised concerns. Due to these ongoing issues, I ultimately checked out early. A refund for the incident was denied, if I could rate this hotel 0, I would. They shouldn’t be in this platform at all.

This is not a place I would recommend to anyone. The room had cockroaches. Needless to say, I did not stay the three full nights. They are refusing to refund my money or at least give me a partial refund for the two nights I did not use- services they did not rendered. Also, there is no breakfast available.

★☆☆☆☆ Worst Hotel Experience I’ve Had — Avoid at All Costs I booked this Days Inn in Orlando specifically because it was advertised as smoke-free. What a joke. In the middle of the night, I woke up to my entire room filled with the strong smell of marijuana. I eventually realized people were smoking right in the corridor as if it were completely normal. The next morning, I called the front desk to report it. Instead of any concern, I was given some vague excuse about it being “medicinal on certain days.” Seriously? That’s supposed to justify smoke invading a supposedly smoke-free hotel? Absolutely unacceptable. And that was after dealing with a filthy room. The place looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned, the bathroom was old and covered in buildup and lime, and the tub looked like it hadn’t seen bleach in years. I felt uncomfortable even using it. To make things worse, the breakfast was ridiculous. The options were basically bread, cereal, and a terrible coffee — and calling that coffee is generous. The atmosphere in the breakfast area was also extremely unpleasant; some people were talking loudly and having completely inappropriate conversations for a shared dining space. It felt chaotic and poorly supervised. Between the dirty room, the overwhelming smell of smoke, the dismissive response from the staff, and the miserable breakfast setup, this stay was a complete disaster from start to finish.
