「nice」

「The best part about this apartment is its location: right by Bayshore, 10 min walking distance from Hyde Park, and in short driving distance from everything S Tampa. The apartment is cute, spacious, quiet, and well equipped. The host provided comprehensive info ahead of check-in so getting in the apartment was smooth.」

「I booked this property through Expedia for Father’s Day for 6 people (3 bedrooms). After completing the reservation, it suddenly showed “6 guests in 1 room,” which was already concerning. We drove 4 hours to Tampa, and upon arrival the instructions said to contact the property to pay the balance and receive the entry code. I tried calling multiple times with no answer. When I got to the door, I checked the lock and it was already open. The moment I stepped inside, a horrible smell hit me. Two...

「We had a wonderful experience at this house. It was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We truly felt at home. Highly recommended!」

「Property very neat & clean. Check in challenging due to host communication via email rather than text. Was standing outside my room at 3pm (check in is 4) . While standing outside I was asked to Venmo $20 for extra hour. That process (via email) took 20 minutes. Not that big of a deal, but with a quest at the door it was a little off putting. Otherwise the property was lovely and well maintained.」

「I am in beyond perturbed with this company 's lack of accountability & professionalism. The unit that was advertised stated that it had a full service kitchen. However, the stove did not work or the oven due to electrical issues that we're far beyond my control. After speaking with their management, nothing was was done to accommodate me or to resolve the issue. Although, I was told that a maintenance or repairman would l come by the unit. No one ever came. I was repeatedly told that someone...

「It is not on the beach. Pictures misleading….Door was broken, bathtub flooded in minutes and fire alarm would go off when a hot shower was took. Quick to take ur money for early check-in/late check out almost could feel the greed. But nice pool war with amazing bartender and food.」

「Nice little property very clean. There was two of us staying for a full week and there was only three towels provided that was less than ideal and then we did not realize or see anywhere in the listing about the crazy bar scene one of the nights every single road was closed and we had to take a long route around to get to the house. There was drunk people literally standing in the lawn in front of the house. It didn’t feel unsafe or anything just not exactly what you want to see when you’re just...
