Chelsea was very nice and accommodating. The condo was very clean and felt like home. We had direct access to the pool, beach, beach restaurants, local dining with excellent cuisine, and even a small grocery store.

The room was lovely, very clean and had everything. The property was well maintained, pool was nice and it felt very safe. Great location to the beach, restaurants, parking, grocery, very walkable. Property MGMT wasn't responsive to questions but it was the off season so there was no concierge.

The comfort apartment was clean, fully stocked, and came with a great view looking over the beach. Supermarkets are a short distance away by vehicle, and the local mart is perfect since it's open until 21:00. Out of season the beach is empty. Feels like your own private beach

This property is clean, well maintained and in walking distance to the restaurants and grocery store. There is a cafe, bar with music, French, Italian and other cuisines. It is located on the ocean at Orient Beach. We will be back! Hard to top this one.

The installations were very well located. The appartement was spacious and the balcony was oceanfront side and big enough tontake aout meals outside. The kitchen was a bit under equipped for our neads (no wine bottle opener as an example).

Nice Place/Bad check in

There were no check in instructions and no way to contact the host through Hotels.com. Office/desk not staffed on the weekend when we finally found someone to contact the host for us, he came right away and said he never received our contact information. We sent an email to ask for host info and never received. Nice place bad check in. Also not hand towels or facecloths provided and 1/2 role of toilet paper. Please make people aware of the limited supplies.

This property was amazing! When we walked in the door of our two-story, two bedroom unit we were immediately struck by how new it felt. The first floor of the unit - which was on the second floor of the building - had a full bath, full kitchen with a breakfast bar, and a nice size living area with a fully furnished private balcony facing the pool and the ocean. On the second level were two bedrooms and another bathroom. One room faced the ocean and the other faced the street. While we never used it, there was a full-sized electric range and plenty of cooking pots, pans and utensils. Once we figured out hoe to use the single serve coffee machine that did not use pods, but instead used premade coffee in filters, we took advantage of that every day and because there were an abundance of coffee mugs we could used a new one every day and then run the dishwasher. There’s also a washing machine, but using it was interesting because the machine and the instructions were in French. We figured it out with a translator app, but using the soap flakes was hit and miss on how much to add. There was no dryer like in most European countries, but a nice rack to use on the balcony was provided. The bonus to staying at this resort on Orient Beach was that it was just a short walk to Le Place du Village or village square where there were 8 restaurants, and an ice cream shop. This was just down the street from a small grocery and some other shops.

The property was very nice and super convenient to the beach. They happened to be doing work on the roof and jack hammering at 7 in the morning for two mornings of our stay. It would have been nice if the property acknowledged this and did something to either let us know or compensate us for the inconvenience. The work was literally right above our unit.

This was such a nightmare. We ordered an airport pickup thru this place too and they never showed. Then we showed up and even though I sent our arrival date and time twice, they were not ready for us. Then the water went out for three nights and they didn’t even tell us why, we had to ask. They offered to bring us a bottle of water, never showed up. I asked for a refund for last two nights and they never gave it. Plus the bed is uncomfortable and the pool icky. You could not pay me to stay here again. Such a joke.

Noisy room backing onto bars stay away from the comfort apartment. Property management is shady, accusatory and has no customer service skills, credit card imprint will be charged. Faulty tvs in rooms, high security deposits that do not get refunded. Horrible shower layouts and limited towels and bedding. Washing machine provided but no dryer. No beach chairs provided, other resorts do provide. Rooms on the 2nd floor are much better with nice views. We will not return and the seaweed is a problem!!
