「The booked accommodation change address at last minute where need longer walking distance exceed my original criteria of less than 5 mins walk from train station. 」

「You get what you pay for! But I loved how close it was to the train station, perfect if you have to fly out early in the morning and don’t wanna deal with a taxi. Definitely a budget friendly option. I would stay here again!:)」

「Unfortunately the room I booked was overbooked but they were kind enough to find me a larger room at another property for the same price. Overall a very positive experience as I needed a spot for my sick mother to stay before we flew late that night.」

「Great place to stay. Clean and quiet. Breakfast is a bonus.」

「The staffs and breakfasts are very good. The room was wide and clean, but bathroom was not good. Sometimes wierd smell comes from the bathroom. I do not know why it happens.」

「If the Palermo Centrale railway station is your transportation hub then this B&B is your number one choice. It will only takes you 5 minutes walking from the b&b to the station. Like their name, it is white and clean but our room is quite small and no good view. Staff is nice and helpful. The place is on the second floor, if you are not strong enough to carry your luggages up the stairs then it might not be the place for you. 」

「Honestly this was a strange experience. We provided our documents and received check in information via email and had absolutely no in person contact with anyone- tiny trash cans for a three night stay that were never emptied, my group did the dishes for all of the guests two of the three days because they were piled up in the sink and the coffee machine ran out of milk the second morning and was never refilled. The pastries for breakfast were only partially replenished and there was random...

「Conviently located next to rail & bus. Rosario & Marianna were so lovely! I’ll return on my next visit!」

「Great accommodation in the heart of Palermo. It has great transport links with buses and trains at your doorstep. Host very accommodating and available. To give a good description of accommodation arrangements: This is a large apartment divided into several accommodation options. We stayed on the top floor which has two king bedrooms and a further two single rooms. This part of the building has its own fridge and table. The bathroom is private but accessible from the common room/ground level....

「Very convenient location next to the train station and short walk from the main tourist areas. However bed was very uncomfortable, there were ants in our room, and the lift up to the 5th floor felt dodgy. Some amenities provided such as body wash, soap, towels, but was provided a coffee machine with no pods. Would not stay here for more than 1-2 nights.」

「The location is perfect!」

「Hotel is in bad area, smelled like smoke. You can smoke in room, but on small balcony , which does get into bedding etc…Also bathroom is detached from room.」

「The location is practical since it is close to the central station. Nice large room and comfortable bed. It was the first time useing phone to unlock the door. I was ok once I received assistance from the owner.」

「We really liked the staff! Everyday the ladies that came to clean and cook and help guests out were always able and ready to help and offer cooked breakfast such as scrambled eggs etc and were knowledgeable and always happy and friendly! We had a great stay over our time and the building’s location across the road from Palermo Central station was an ideal base to get to and from. On our first evening there was an issue with there being no hot water due to an problem with the water in the...
