「Honestly this was a strange experience. We provided our documents and received check in information via email and had absolutely no in person contact with anyone- tiny trash cans for a three night stay that were never emptied, my group did the dishes for all of the guests two of the three days because they were piled up in the sink and the coffee machine ran out of milk the second morning and was never refilled. The pastries for breakfast were only partially replenished and there was random...

「A LOT of stairs (3rd floor and at least 6 flights of stairs to navigate) to carry luggage (no elevator) Went there Especially for the spa bath which DID NOT work. IT Took Literally 20 minutes to get hot water flowing to bath then another HOUR Plus to finally fill the bath - to then find it did not even work! Only ONE Roll of toilet paper (already started before us) for two people. Promised anything we want for breakfast with coffee from bakery over road…. We then discovered they have NO coffee...

「If the Palermo Centrale railway station is your transportation hub then this B&B is your number one choice. It will only takes you 5 minutes walking from the b&b to the station. Like their name, it is white and clean but our room is quite small and no good view. Staff is nice and helpful. The place is on the second floor, if you are not strong enough to carry your luggages up the stairs then it might not be the place for you. 」

「L'emplacement indiqué par Expedia sur la carte ne correspond pas à la position exacte du logement. On aurait aimé un peu plus d’équipement dans la cuisine (égouttoir à vaisselle, torchon, passoire, verres à eau). Une personne vient faire le ménage tous les jours, par contre il y avait pas mal de poussière par endroit.」

「Hotel is in bad area, smelled like smoke. You can smoke in room, but on small balcony , which does get into bedding etc…Also bathroom is detached from room.」

「The owner are helpful, have clear instructions on how to store the bags before the checking in process. But as a reminder, it is having NO lift there, you have to carry the baggage manually to the upstairs. Overall speaking, worth to stay there」
