「We stayed here before in a 2 bedroom and our experience was fantastic. There are many great little spots to eat near by. This time, we did not like it so much. There was a fight between 2 men not once but twice near our room- very scary to the point that we felt trapped in our room since it was between our room and the exit, and we needed to leave to get our Uber. There were dogs constantly barking. We also could not get the temp of our room to change it was set at 77 and would not adjust. The...

「This was the perfect place for my group and our needs. Enough beds with options; a dark, quiet room in the basement, a shared room with a two full beds, the top floor king size suite, even a pull out sofa! All useful accommodations for a party of 5 or more. To top it off, the roof top hot tub with a city skyline view was incredible! It was a great location too, in walking distance to our venue in South Philly. Everything worked out perfectly, and I'm grateful that this option was available....

「Great location! We loved the neighborhood, the street, access to all kinds of wonderful restaurants, stores and transportation. The building was definitely a 200 year old building (lots of stairs), as it should be in that neighborhood. More attention could be paid to some of the minor items (sinks, kitchen appliances, bedside lamps, etc.). Nothing that a serious walk thru wouldn't take care of. 「This hotel was such a pleasant surprise. First, it is close to everything, and we were able to walk to many of the sights on our list. Second, the food in the area is plentiful and easily accessible. A few additional items: it doesn't have an elevator, so do be aware of that. We didn't mind even being on the top floor.
