「I was staying at this hotel for 5 days. The property was clean and outside was well maintained. However of all the hotels I’ve been to, I’ve never experienced NOT having a mini fridge or microwave. So for me who has small kids this definitely would not be ideal.(my kids were not on this trip) This was a huge inconvenience. There menu options in my opinion wasn’t the best and pricy. They don’t warm up outside food. So for that reason alone I wouldn’t come back to this location. Not all holiday...

「The place was not open when I tried to get in all doors were locked, the receptionist didn't have my booking details. There was a set of building steps at the door that I needed access to get into my room. The room stank of paint and the pictures in the advertisement was not the same as the room that I was given. The phone number that was advertised on the entrance did not exist. The place was a horrible tip thats why I lefr after an hour.」

「This is my second time to stay, overall is much better than before. There is Carpark available but need fee. As my room air conditioning control panel is broken and got too warm to stay for 2 nights, the staff is good to change another room for me very efficiently. Shopping and restaurants is nearby, easy to walk in a few minutes.」

「Really cosy, quaint room a stone's throw from the station, and surprisingly quiet despite the World Cup going on across the road. Even though I arrived and left outside staff hours, checking in and out was smooth thanks to clear instructions emailed in advance and the good, old-fashioned room keys instead of cards. They even provided a fan to survive the last of the heatwave. Highly recommend!」

「Comfortable room with en suite shower room. Clean and spacious. In town so close to shops and entertainment. Close to transport links for Excel Exhibition centre and west end. Market day on a Friday.」

「No restaurant available as per the description and photos - I had planned to eat dinner after Check In but couldn't. Breakfast was in the reception area and not very comfortable. On check in, I was asked what time I wanted my 'full English' - not ideal being held to a time. Full English didn't have standard bacon - it was non pork Turkish bacon which I should have been told about. I only ate half the breakfast, and I was only offered the cooked breakfast (with some fruit and toast). Bed...

「Its a shared bathroom and isn’t listed like that, Room 1, the bedding was used and the pillow case had blood on it, the pillows are over worn and just lumpy the walls have mould on them and the second wall is in very poor repair with white paint splashed on over grey paint, the floorboards has big gaps between them, the bathroom has a wrap wound curtain where you can barely stand without the curtains touching you that are also very tired, the doors have big gaps and the windows don’t close...

「No one took care of our check in. We waited for the staff to come for an hour in the rain but still no one showed up. Finally he guided on the phone to get in the apartment. This is ridiculous! The kitchenwares were all very dirty which couldn't be used if we didn't wash it ourselves. But there was no detergent provided. The washing machine and the toaster were very so dirty that we didn't try to use them. However the cleaning charge of £50 was still charged! We asked the staff to come twice...

「Quick stop over when we were getting tunnel to Europe. Room was clean and pub next door served decent food which was all we needed. Coop across the road was.handy to biy a few bits for our journey the next morning. Would definitely stay here again」
