「Lovely stay and staff, the only let down was the spa didn’t feel as relaxing and a little awkward.」

「This is my second time to stay, overall is much better than before. There is Carpark available but need fee. As my room air conditioning control panel is broken and got too warm to stay for 2 nights, the staff is good to change another room for me very efficiently. Shopping and restaurants is nearby, easy to walk in a few minutes.」

「Great location for lakeside shopping centre. Lots of parking. Friendly staff. Room is on the small side fine for a night but would struggle for longer. Comfortable bed and pillows. Hot shower and decent toiletries. WiFi is really poor just hitting 1mb! Had to use phone data to watch firestick. 」

「I never received any check in information, I arrived at the property at 3:30pm and I couldn’t get into the building. I tried calling the phone number that was previously provided and I couldn’t get through. The manager turned up outside after I had been standing there on crutches for 30mins. I informed the manager that I hadn’t received any check information, he then let me into the building where he contacted someone regarding check in information. I was given a key box/room card/but no code...
