"Our room had a king size bed plus a full size bed pullout couch. The room was clean and had a mini fridge. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was provided and it was delicious. The parking was great. Yes you need to pay to park there, but the valet service was amazing. You are able to take out your car whenever you would like and when you’re done, they just put it back for you. The location was walking distance to many places down Congress St. We went to King’s for dinner and it was about a 7-10 min walk. There are lots of other places nearby as well. Overall, I would definitely stay there again. "

"Room was clean but the hair conditioner dispenser was empty. I didn’t bring my own expecting a supply at the hotel so it did create an issue for me. Staff was extremely nice. Minor detail but inconvenient that the light at the coffee bar didn’t work. "

"My stay at the Ramada by Wyndham Boston was disappointing. I travel with a trained service animal due to a medical condition and encountered several issues with staff regarding ADA service animal rules. I was initially told I would have to pay a pet fee, asked to provide documentation for my service animal, told my dog was not allowed in the breakfast dining area, and informed there is a 40-pound weight limit that applies even to service animals. I have traveled with my service animal to many hotels and flights and have never experienced these types of restrictions before. My dog was calm, quiet, and well behaved the entire time. In addition to that experience, the condition of the hotel was not great. The hallway outside our room had water leaking from the ceiling and the overall cleanliness of the property was not what I expected. Guests traveling with service animals under the ADA may want to be aware of these issues before booking."
