We flew into Rome after a long flight and were looking for a nice place to crash without driving too too far since we were tired. It was really convenient and charming. The staff was so helpful and let us check-in early! The location is ideal in the middle of the very walkable Orbetello. Plenty of shopping and restaurants very close. What a great place to explore. Breakfast was perfect and they even had a gluten free option. Book it, you won't regret it!

Pessimo servizio, troppo alto il prezzo.

La camera non era male, se non fosse che il frigobar non funzionava e conteneva del cibo avariato lasciato da qualche cliente precedente. Il bagno da 1 stella, piccolo, senza bidet, doccia con tenda. Il servizio pessimo, hotel con presieduto, al rientro alla sera alle 21.00 circa 3 mancata la luce nell'hotel, la persona intervenuta non era a conoscenza dell'albergo, una caccia al tesoro, o meglio al contatore. Per finire siamo andati a letto al buio

In pieno centro, comoda per gli spostamenti. Peccato per il check in in altra struttura con un unico badge che condizionava ad uscire/entrare sempre insieme. Comunque gentilissimi e professionali. Poco chiara la tassa di soggiorno, formulata male in Expidia.

It was very easy to check in and out. It is a very basic hotel but clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Tolta l'aria condizionata come servizio,la nostra camera 206 presentava molteplici aspetti da migliorare partendo da: pulizia in generale: muffa nella box doccia, bagno senza arieatore e senza finestra per arieggiare. Televisione senza segnale,prese non funzionanti. Abatjour non funzionante. Mancanza di phone e di frigo. Tinteggiatura della camera parziale. E presenza di polvere un po' ovunque. Per non parlare della colazione! Prodotti industriali e preconfezionati. Mancanza totale della parte del salato. Ultima pecca ma non per importanza la prenotazione riportava parcheggio gratuito in loco ma non era vero con rischio di entrare in Z.T.L. Al momento del check-in non ci e stato fatta firmare la privacy e documenti sono stati fotocopiati.
