「Nice stay」

「⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4/5) We had a great stay at Eagle Aruba Resort and would definitely come back. The resort is clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location, close to the beach, restaurants, and supermarkets. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is the customer service. The staff was professional but not always warm or welcoming. We also had a small issue with our breakfast tickets and were sent between the restaurant and the front desk before the manager quickly resolved everything. Overall, it was...

「The hotel was beautiful, the room was very spacious. The food was amazing. Very close to Eagle Beach. We had a great honeymoon here.」

「I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt」

「I like that the hotel is on the beach. Hospitality at the Tiki Bar however was not up to par. The attentiveness of the staff was not effective to making us feel welcomed abroad. I only mentioned this because the last day we were there we actually were snarled at for requesting to order food and drinks while they were checking their phone. Beach was gorgeous and that’s what it’s all about!」
