We live 13hrs away. We’ve stayed here before. The staff was great, and our stay pleasant. The cleanliness of the property is great and they have good breakfast. The location is 8 minutes from our destination when we visit.

I was pleasantly surprised at the motel. Some of the reviews were so bad, i wasn't sure what to expect. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The location was right off the highway, and next door to a McDonalds. Will definitely stay again on our next trip.

Not what we expected

I should have read the reviews before booking this hotel. The room had an outside entrance and was very run down. We could not shut the bathroom door for fear of not being able to get out. We did not dare to sit on the chair that is provided because of all the stains on it. The towels were very thin and the bath mat was so worn out that you could see right through it. It looks like they are trying to make some improvements, the tv was fairly new and the headboards and lights on the headboard looked like they were updated recently. The breakfast was decent with a good variety of hot and cold choices.

The breakfast was surprisingly good. The pm staff at check-in was not trained well, but he was kind and pleasant. Staffer who did breakfast was very nice also. Lady at checkout was nice but I was glad she didn't inquire about the stay. I would expect Expedia and Quality Inn to revisit this property. It is very run down, I took pictures of the room which doesn't do the poor maintenance any justice. The sheets were clean and that's about it. Wall are in poor repair, threshold in bathroom is missing, found used conditioner in bathroom, TV remote was not working but the TV did. When the toilet filled it made a strange noise. We were in room 202. I would not recommend this hotel or stay there again.

A place you would see on cops-

The hotel room itself was disgusting. There was a weird white stain on one of the chairs and a random lingerie tag on the ground. The ceiling was cracked and paint was old and moldy looking. There was a random towel behind the toilet catching mold and hair in the drains. There was a weird beetle on the ground… It was just outdated old and really gross. The area that it’s in it’s next to a restaurant that’s no longer open and appears to dilapidated and I was concerned for the safety of my vehicle. The only good thing about this place is that the staff is super nice, the kitchen where they serve the complementary breakfast is the cleanest part of the hotel and the staff at the front desk was also very nice. The pool didn’t have any water in it. This place is just gross all around, avoid it. We slept with a chair barricading the door. I am not trying to be a Karen, but I want to make everyone aware as I would not want to stay here again especially with kids. We all felt like we needed a shower after staying there

This was the worst property I ever stayed at. The room was dirty, it smelled like smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. Stain on the bed comforter. Pillows were horrible and had no support. It was loud all night. When I finally was able to fall asleep the McDonalds across the street started power washing their property at 4 am. It was so loud and at 6 am was still going. My husband and I just packed up and left. We did not have the breakfast so I cannot comment on that.
