"Slightly confusing room type - thought it was 2 queen beds and a king bed but it was 2 queen beds and sofa bed so check carefully on listing Asked for extra duvet at reception for sofa bed and was told cleaning staff had gone home. Could have been friendlier Breakfast was good for complimentary Sunbeds by pool in short supply and ran out Useful that the pool opened early "

"The property really needs a lot of upgrades. The carpet in the room looked like it was at least 30 years old very dingy, dirty and smelly. Was a great location however, the quality of the facility was lackluster."

"hotel was way too overcrowded- Not enough pool chairs for guests so we had to sit on the grass. Shameful. The lazy river was filthy, the waterslide slow and the rooms basic. Not worth the “hype.” Stay somewhere else. Front desk manager Mario was the only plus at the hotel. "

"Oh my...This was one the grossest place ever. Everything is rundown, the carpet inside and outside the property, stains on walls, carpet. This thing is like 3rld world. The bathtub was even missing the coating, it's so old and not taking care of. I told the night guy how gross it was, but apparently it was fine with him. I wiped the floor with the washcloths and it was black as can be, lol. Paint was missing/scratched on rooms door. At least the sheet seemed cleaned ;-). I don't even know why this place is on Expedia!!! that made me very mad tbh. And the quicker, $166 for the last minute room! Heck no ! $65 is what this place is worth, that you book it 10 days in advance or last minute! "
