Great location in heart of Orange. Loved the bathroom with shower choices. Travelling alone I chose budget room which was perfect for me, but would be cramped with two people.

Renovated room, had a leaky shower head that ran all night. Lacked a seal on shower screen so bathroom got very wet during a shower. Soft comfortable bed. Easy walk into town.

The room was just ok very small. The Staff were great. The parking well there where was not enough Parking when the Motel was full. My biggest concern was that the shower would go from hot to cold then scorching also the airconditioner did not work properly. Hopefully they are doing work on this Motel and it will be better. The position was great you could walk to the shops and eateries.

The staff were quick to respond when we had a problem with the television. The room was tidy except for some cobwebs on the wall. The beds were clean and comfortable

The sheets were clean and the shower was good but the building is very old and looks like its had nothing done to it for 20 years. The bed was saggy and uncomfortable and for some reason there was a non working antique air conditioning unit on the wall. The space was a lot smaller than it appeared in photos - just big enough to walk around the bed. Nothing at all like in the photos.

The property is conveniently located- thats why we use it. Its prices are also reasonable. The property itself, however, could do with some maintenance. The bathroom has rainshower heads with a moveable arm for showering, however, the tapwashers need replacing as to stop the taps dripping one has to turn the taps so tightly that it is difficult to turn them on again. A cupboard handle was missing. Little things can make a difference when corrected.

Room was comfortable and spacious and conveniently located in centre of town but reception hours limited for check in / out. I received no text about how to access key (these instructions should come via email confirmation). I also tried calling reception on two occasions (once to find out how to get in after hours - 8pm btw - and once to try and extend my stay) but no one answered nor returned my calls. Expensive for what it is.
