「Disappointing Experience – 2/5 Stars
I stayed at Sterling Elk Hill from 21st October to 24th October, and unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing. I would rate my stay 2 out of 5 stars.
Room service was extremely slow. I had to call multiple times for assistance and faced this issue on more than five occasions. Such delays are unacceptable for a hotel of this standard.

「This small hotel was delightful.
I felt very welcomed and comfortable. I had a room with a balcony where I could sit and enjoy the view of the town and have some cool fresh air. I mustn't forget to mention the
food! It was prepared freshly and so delicious. The dahl became my addiction but everything was so good. ❤️」

「Our stay at Colonels Inn was thoroughly enjoyable. The location was excellent as it was near to the main market and botanical garden and just opposite a beautiful church. The amenities included a billiards table and a sumptuous breakfast. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The environment inside reminded one of the history of Ooty given the beautiful paintings. The only thing that could be improved was the variety of food, especially nonveg food. Eggs were available for breakfast but...
