「Das Altstadthaus hat viel "Cachet". Der Empfang und die Betreuung waren sehr nett. Im neu renovierten Zimmer im Nebentrakt "Torre" fühlten wir uns sofort wohl. Auch die kleine Küche war sehr praktisch. Und das Frühstück ist für italienische Verhältnisse tatsächlich aussergewöhnlich reichhaltig und gesund (viele Früchte). Gerne wieder einmal!」
"I had a very good and peaceful stay experience in Lugano with a lake-view balcony suite. The huge room with a spectacular view was nicely set up, and the gymnasium facilities were perfect. However, the kitchen was not for cooking; only the kettle worked. In addition, the staff was kind and helpful."
