The location was ok and close to Junglia amusement park, although there are two western old men walking and blocking a roadway, behaving like unwelcoming tourists. There are many local restaurants, beaches, convenience stores.

It's a good property with lots of features and very suitable for larger groups. Some areas of improvements which I think are necessary. There is a cctv camera located by the main entry, which is also visible from the shower entry, main bathroom area and access to toilet, I was not comfortable with this. Secondly, the shower stall had a copper stain on the shower floor, I suspect this is from the rust on the shower door. The shower also didn't have any hot water. Lastly, the wifi pw provided is not correct, the router was actually disconneted and without any cables. Communication was also not readily available.

メールでの問い合わせもすぐに返信くれて良かったです。 洗濯機も洗剤も柔軟剤もあり乾燥機もガスでとても便利でした。 ただ、ベランダでBBQする予定でしたが猫のおしっこのような匂いがするので断念。そこが残念でした。

事前にLINEで質問等に丁寧に答えてくださり助かりました。 2家族9名で利用したので、洗濯機乾燥機や大型の冷蔵庫などとても助かりました。 BBQコンロ、ジャグジーもあり、大人も子供達も楽しくゆったりと過ごすことができました。 2階がリビング、1階が寝室で、床が薄いので、2階の音が響いてしまい、赤ちゃんが起きてしまうことがありました。 お風呂、水回りの汚れやお皿の匂いが少し気になったのでそこが綺麗だとなお良いと思いました。

とても綺麗で広々としたコンドミニアムでした。 アメニティも豊富で、滞在中何不自由無かったです。 調理用品や備品が豊富で、ガス乾燥機も備え付けられていたので助かりました。 LINEでのやり取りは返信も早く困った事は無かったのですが、最初から最後まで電話や対面でのコミュニケーションが無く若干不安があったので星をひとつ減らしました。 それでも、素晴らしい宿泊先でしたので、また次も利用したいです。
