Hace unos años que soy clienta de este Hotel, He estado con mi hija mis perros unas cuantas veces y nunca he tenido ningún problema. En el mes de agosto estuve con mi hija una semana de vacaciones con mi perro y todo fue muy bien como lo esperábamos en el spa y nos Flotario estuvimos varias veces. Septiembre vuelvo a reservar con mi pareja para entrar el 20 y salir el día 22 cuál sería mi sorpresa no me funcionaba la tarjeta y cuando llego al Hotel me dicen que tengo dos reservas evidentemente había sido un error. Quisimos anular una reserva y el Hotel me dijo que tenía que hablar con la compañía que había hecho la reserva porque por política de la empresa al no anularlo ellos no nos devolvían el dinero que si Trivago quería, no lo devolvía, pero que ellos no. Hablé con la señorita de Trivago encantadora, me hizo el abono de 166,83 € y me dijeron que la política de la empresa la dirección no me devolvía el dinero puesto que estaba todo lleno y ellos tenían su política de devolver el dinero si se cancelaba con anterioridad aún así viendo ellos que había sido un error. Hemos estado en el Hotel en el spa en el Flotariium Y no he tenido ningún problema con nada, solo que el señor director quedó de llamarle y no me llame. A los dos días pusieron reseña en Hotel, María Manuela, diciendo las cosas que me habían pasado y me llamaron del Hotel diciéndome que evidentemente había un error que se habían dado cuenta y que el dinero me lo iban a Abonar?. Todavía sigo estando esperando,

The Hotel Maria Manuela is great; nice rooms, and the Spa is excellent. Located at Benia de Onis, is a great option off the beaten path, surrounded by nature; the food at the restaurants across the Hotel is amazing. Do not leave without visiting the store next door to the hotel where they sell local cheese, iberico ham, bread and of course Cider.

Die Unterkunft war im Großen und Ganzen in Ordnung. Für einen Zimmerpreis von 195 Euro allerdings für meinen Geschmack zu teuer. Das Frühstück war im Keller. Nicht sonderlich ansprechend. Hatte was von einer Mensa. Das Zimmermädchen war sehr unfreundlich. Die Rezeption war sehr nett und freundlich. Das Gym war toll. Gute Parkplatzmöglichkeiten. Wir waren eine Woche und hatten 6 verschiedene Hotels, wobei dieses mit Abstand das schlechteste war.

Uncomfortable, badly located and ugly. Avoid,l

The bad. Pretty much everything Like a cheap 80s motel, probably the most over priced hotel I have stayed in. Pitches as a comfortable spa; beds are uncomfortable, no space in the room, walls and door paper thin,vreakly noisy. The only outdoor space is next to the road as is the outdoor pool. Indoor pool 30euro for 90 mins and needs to be pre-booked. Only a few reviews on hotels, check trip advisor instead. Location is a one horse town with nothing to see and far from the main attractions around Canga or Arenas. The only redeeming factors are the grill and sideria in the town. If you're reading this stay somewhere else but visit Sideria Moreno in this town.

Es un alojamiento que está muy bien, es muy completo para estar en un pueblo pequeño. No nos gustó que la habitación que nos dieron estaba al lado de una puerta de pasillo y había ruido de la gente que pasaba, y luego no hay persianas y hay luz muy pronto que te despierta.
