Great hotel. Lovely room overlooking the mountains with a small balcony. No air conditioning but the ceiling fan above the bed was very good. Reception staff are very friendly as are the bar staff. You can hire electric bikes from the hotel and they are very good quality. Car park is big and everything walking distance. Beach is very nice and old town is lovely.

Nice and clean, modern rooms, great views of the town, less than 5 minutes walk from the train station and 2 minutes to the center of Llanes. Staff was polite and friendly, Plenty of restaurants, bars, cafe to choose from. Would happily stay again

Worrisome start but all around great stay!

After a bit of confusion after booking the hotel around 9:10pm and seeing check-in instructions specifying check in was only from 5-8pm I was concerned and called hotels.com as neither of us could get a hold of the hotel to clarify. I went for it and drove there anyway arriving around 10:30pm. I was greeted at reception by a lovely gentlemen I assume is the manager. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to many bars, restaurants and the beach. All of the staff including those from the restaurant were very friendly, professional and really cared about their work. The gentleman working the bar even helped me with all my bags, definitely went the extra mile. Parking is on site and free which is a nice perk. The room was cozy and very clean, with a nice balcony though it was raining the evening I stayed lol. My only complaint is no refrigerator in the room as I had medicine that needs to be kept cold. Fortunately the weather was cold enough I left it out on the balcony. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone. Included with the check in was a letter from the mayor of Llanes, and a letter from the manager including his private phone number in case you should need anything and they even have their own app with many personal suggestions that only locals would know about.

Excellent location!

It was a good stay as the place was very clean and very conveniently located, The owners were very helpful and so were the service staff, even though few spoke english. The room is clean but a little small. Parking facilities is a big bonus for those who drive. The lunch there was good too. Recommended

Buen Hotel

En el centro de Llanes, muy cerca de la playa del sablon, con parking propio, trato perfecto por parte del personal del establecimiento, limpio, el desayuno muy correcto con productos de calidad, muy tranquilo, donde se puede descansar, con rampa de entrada para sillas de ruedas.

Céntrico y muy recomendable para viajar con niños

Buena ubicación a 5 min del casco histórico. Habitaciones nuevas y espaciosas. Buena limpieza. Dispone de una zona para niños en el salón junto a la recepción, muy cuidada y con muchos juguetes. Asi como unos columpios en el exterior. En nuestro caso solicitamos cuna en la habitación, que he de destacar que tenía colchón de alta gama, que no suele ser habitual en los hoteles. Muy recomendable para ir con niños. El hotel dispone de parking gratuito para los clientes.

The reception and restaurant staff exceeded all expectations with addressing every request and did so in very friendly way as if genuinely appreciates making sure we were happy. Genuine willingness to assist is rare. Hotel was central to Old Town plus Walk of St Peter. Llanes Lovely warm village
