"受付スタッフの対応だけが不満(不安)でした。 対応がとても遅い、朝食付きで予約しているのにこちらが確認するまで朝食の案内をしない…などなど。 でもそれ以外は大満足でした！ ラウンジも景色もご飯も最高で、また来たいです。 受付以外にスタッフと関わる場面はないので、あまり気にしなくていいかもしれません。"
