The shower in our room had no hot water. They told us nothing they could do. An hour later moved us to another room and it also had no hot water. We left the hotel and did not stay the second night

Disappointing stay at this Sheraton. Bedroom lighting was inadequate, multiple power outlets barely worked or failed entirely, the thermostat was ineffective, and the pillows were very flat and unsupportive. Expected significantly better quality and maintenance from this brand.
