"The experience was not good. The room was untidy when it was given to us, it was not cleaned post the previous checkout. The bedspread and the throw had stains. No bathroom mat was provided. We literally had to wait for 4-5 hours for them to replace it with better bedsheets. Each and everything had to be asked at the reception. The housekeeping guys are not trained as well, the cleaning is not upto the mark for what they charge you for."

"The location shared on Expedia was incorrect. the property is literally half a KM away from the location shown and had to face challenges reaching out to Homelike number as there was no response for good 2 hours. resulting in being stranded in the middle of the road for long time. Also, the pictures vs the actual room condition, there is a huge difference. "
