Total stay was nice. Since we stayed for business reasons to be focused on, our potential requests were not too much interaction.
Staffs like Kajal meeted our needs, and also, served nicely when having meals.

Good Hotel Stay for business
My stay was great. I especially appreciated Avi Rathi for his helpfulness with all questions I had during my stay. The bed was a bit hard and the chair in my room was stained. Otherwise, everyone and everyting was great!

Marriott is losing its customer centricity, it seems to be a global phenomenon. It has become a common observation. I have had better experiences with other hotel chains atleast in this year.

Overall was good
The overall experience is very good, but there are certain things in room like the bathing facilities can be improved. They does not seems to be up to Marriott standard. The price is also little expense compared to the facilities what they have there

The property is on the main road making it easily accessible but not recognizable because of all the plants covering the board. However, its a old property and not maintained well. Common areas were dirty and tea bags and floor mops lying around all day and night which is not a pleasant sight and what you expect at a Marriot property. Bathroom fittings were not working well which is a basic expectation in any hotel. BF options were also limited. However the restaurant staff were really good and were looking after the guests. Ebenezer from the front desk was also very helpful. However, when we arrived the night shift guy at the reception was rude.

Days travel woes forgotten when came back to hotel
I came here for stay of 5 nights initially as it was a family trip . The service is excellent, Food is excellent and very personalized attention. Front desk very co operative. The hotel was very good for value for money. **** experience

The service from the staff was amazing. Very caring group of people. Manish at reception and Debashish & Prem at the breakfast restaurant we’re outstanding.
