Es un hotel descuidado, no servia el elevador, en las habitaciones no hay un gancho para colgar ropa, las toallas muyyy desgastadas, hay que dar buen mantenimiento. Las personas que trabajan ahí son amables y la limpieza es buena

No hay ganchos para conlgar ropa ni toallas para las manos, solicité y solo me indicaron que solo había las toallas de baño. Frente al hotel hay un bar que durante la madrugada tiene la musica a volumen muy fuerte, hay grupos y no dejan dormir.

El agua de la alberca super fria

En general el servicio fue agradable pero busque un hotel con pisicina para poder meterme y el agua estaba taaaaan fria q era imposible permanecer en la pisicina mas de 5 min. y ni pensar en que los niños pudieran entrar por q se enfermarian, otro huesped nos comento que el ya habia ido antes y que nunca estaba tan fria el agua.

Bien pero pueden mejorar.

Cuenta con instalaciones basica para tu estancia, nos toco temporada de lluvias no pudimos utilizar la alberca, la limpieza en gral fue aceptable, pero pueden mejorar ya que en el baño no habia tapetes para que no te resbales al salor y asi evitar accidentes por el tipo de piso, en el restaurante contaban con una variedad de menú la calidad de los alimentos estaban aceptables.

La única queja es que tarda mucho en salir el agua caliente y eso desperdicia mucha agua, aparte que solo hay toalla de baño y no de manos, ni facial

En términos generales es bueno el hotel. Deben de tener cuidado con los insectos que hay por que hay unas moscas muy grandes en los cuartos. Saludos cordiales.
