"We had a little issue when we first checked in as the room we were given was under maintenance. Thankfully, the manager was very nice and kindly offered to upgrade us to another room, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a nice stay, although we were a little disappointed with the parking situation. Just because you have a room booked doesn’t necessarily mean you’ll have a secured car park. Parking is first come, first served, and if there are no available spaces, guests are advised to park at the public beach parking across the road. The indoor pool was also quite cold, so we didn’t really get to enjoy it as much as we would have liked. Apart from those things, we still had a pleasant stay and really appreciated how the manager handled our room issue."

"Great location right next to beach. We had room that opened up into tennis courts which was lovely. Huge lawns to relax on for kids to run amuck. Also indoor pool and gym but we didn’t use either. We had dinner in restaurant but that could definitely be fancied up a bit and menu needs a few more items but hubby enjoyed his steak and I had the Caesar salad which was very good. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. I would very happily stay again and would encourage family groups that it’s ideal for them."

"We were a little skeptical about staying in a Safari Tent but it was an amazing experience. The ace was exceptionally clean. The electric blanket kept us nice and toasty and we woke to the sound of birds chirping. Overall it was a great experience and my wife said it was the best stay yet."
