「We drove our car there at night, the road was wiggly & dark ( no lights other than the car lights). For us it was a little nerve racking. The view was pretty in the morning. The room looked nice and clean, but the fridge was uncleaned, Staff were nice and welcoming. In the room description it said the mattress is Tempur-pedic, but that definitely wasn’t!. In the room descriptions it said we would get a bottle of sparkling wine, but we didn’t get that either. I opened the drawers under the bed...

「The hotel is conveniently located and close to the main bus terminal and the amazing old Venetian harbour. The room was clean and tidy. The choices of food for breakfast were adequate.」

「Staff members were very nice and helpful, breakfasts were yummy every morning and the kitchen staff were always friendly and helpful, we enjoyed our time in this place. The hotel was very close to the bus station and the was a plus too 👍」

「新的房子，房间大，床不大，建议换个大床。」

「This is a super nice hotel. The room is clean and bright. The towels are good to use. Nice sunset view from the balcony. Super helpful staffs. A MUST hotel for our trip to Chania.」

「Highly recommend staying at Alcanea. Eva, our host, was incredibly helpful and friendly. The staff/service was great. And the complimentary breakfast offered lots of local options and all were delicious. Best part of this stay was the view and location. The view of the port was awesome with the water, local bars/shops, and mountains in the distance. And there were dozens of restaurants and shops offering all we might need/want. This hotel made Chania feel like home.」

「My husband and I stayed at Avra Hotel for four nights and had a wonderful experience. Our room was comfortable, and the staff were very kind and welcoming. The only drawback was the limited parking available on the property. The hotel is within walking distance of the Old Town, and some street parking is available nearby.」

「Very nice boutique hotel. Definitely worth and will come back.」

「The location was great in the old historic town with immediate access to restaurants and bars good wi-fi and friendly staff and clean rooms」

「離公車總站近，飯店服務人員很熱情，大致上算舒適方便」
