Il check in automatico era fuori servizio e ci siamo trovati alle 23 con altri ospiti, senza stanza. Ovviamente il personale è stato rapido nel risolvere ma ho visto una distribuzione delle camere totalmente a caso, senza fornire nessuna informazione.
