「We arrived late, the host was very angry. The place doesn’t have elevator while we have heavy luggage and we were offered no help. We also had to share a bathroom. Internet didn’t work at all, neither on our devices, nor on the TV. When we asked the host to fix it, she told that she doesn’t know, why it is not working. 「We stayed at the place since we came from Palermo by Ferry and did not wanted to drive another 4 hours to Switzerland. The family owned place was very friendly and welcoming. The accommodation was good - we liked especially that we could park in a gated area part of the property. 」
