「Phil was great, pleasant and helpful. The room air conditioner was a bit odd, it has a GFI type plug, that was tripped and the unit would not turn on, figured out how to reset it and the unit came on. A bit noisy but worked」

「The property is great, the room really beautiful, great view, very very nice. The staff was pretty much non existent. Nobody around to check you in, even though they claim the office was open. Only a phone number to call, took three tries to get hold of anyone. Finally got through and were able to access the room. Left no fewer than three messages early one evening to request coffee and to ask whether the water was drinkable. Never got a call back. Ran into a kid working there the next...
