「The property was beautiful and the view was one of the prettiest we have ever seen. The pool and beach areas were lovely and maintained impeccably! The massage we had was great ! Additionally the wellness facilities were wonderful, however, they do charge to use that even if you book a service. 「Even we had a confirmrd booking, the reception was not aware of our arrival, and had no room to offer. The receptionist rebooked us to another hotel, but had no suggestion of handling the extra cost. Ended up paying 40 euro over the agreed price.
