"Karla on reception found us a room for early check in so we could go out, room nice and clean, complimentary chocolate, biscuits, coffee and refillable water bottle with dispensers in corridors. Great location for Theatre and market, nice breakfast and would recommend for a short stay."

Only negatives, the room wasn’t ready despite after check in time, the reception did apologise and we had a drink but was a little inconvenient, and only had one dressing gown for two of us."

"We were over the moon to get a room on the top floor, the view from our bedroom window was amazing! The bed was super comfy. The TV didn't work and the floors/under the bed and high surfaces weren't clean (some dust) but the rest of the room was perfect. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Would recommend staying. "
