「Everything is good」

「The cabin was great. You do need to bring your own bedding. The men's bathroom could have used a little TLC」

Sold as a “ “Luxury Resort”, I had a “suite”, asked for the celebration package, someone called me, told me they were to busy but could probably have balloons in the room. No balloons. If...

「Staff, clean room」

「Restaurants were very expensive with below average food. Because of a week day visit many restaurants and attractions were closed. We won a free dinner at Ballys only to find the restaurant was closed. Doubtful we'll ever return. 」

「Clean room, friendly and responsive staff. Kitchenette well equipped. Nice location away from major resorts but that means you will do more driving to get to some places. Hotel needs updated, old and worn. Gym has minimal equipment, arcade has very little games. 」

「At check in, I was not provided a room. I was told that the boiler went out and they didn't have a room for me and my family. No prior notification was provided. We had to find a room at another hotel in town. This was a total nightmare, and I will never book a room at this hotel ever again!!」

「We really loved our stay! It is a beautiful spot and the home is well built in the high winds. We had a few small issues we noticed and the hosts were quick to take care of them while we were there. We did not quite realize the altitude was as high as it was, (we were coming from 1,000 feet) but the view and beauty made it worth it. The sauna, hot tub and wood stove were all wonderful ways to stay warm in the chilly winter. 」

「The room was okay but the parking situation is terrible. You can have your pup with you but there's no great place to take them out to use the bathroom. Quiet rooms. 」
