「All in all it did the job but not a wow experience. Cleaning was not good. Contact persons to the place was great polite and accessible. Would most likely not use this place again. But for youngsters it might be suitable. 」

「Hotel room not kept clean, bathroom drain was not working we had to dry manually with towels , several times we complained they said someone will look in to it, never fixed in two weeks time , Restaurant staff was very rude not hygiene rules were followed, , she was coughing while serving over buffet, breakfast was very basic and water melons, pineapple was mainly off despite of what we spoke and complaining they did not bother to taste and replace with fresh ones! It was Really bad...

「The most beautiful apartment in the best location! The photos of this really don't do it justice. We booked the top floor apartment with roof terrace and the outdoor space was incredible. The apartment was spotless, so bright and airy with sliding doors/windows all around to let the light in. The location was brilliant, few minutes walk from the bus stop for the airport, just over the walk from the beach and surrounded by lots of lovely restaurants/bars. Would recommend El Palacete next door for...

「The whole team from reception, to bar staff were great and helped ensure an enjoyable stay. Room cleanliness was spot on and usual amenities changed daily by the cleaning staff - Gabrielle had prepared room for our stay (name was indicated on welcome card), and the initial high standard was maintained throughout. Had a near miss or two exiting bathroom area, as water from shower cubicle getting through gap in door, so floor - even though we were wiping it up - could get a little slippy...

「Stayed for 3 nights with my husband. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was gorgeous, the bed was comfy and the view looking out on to the square was lovely. The views from the rooftop bar were also great, however, it was closed when we went to get a drink. The great thing about this hotel is its location, perfect for the beach and exploring the city. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly too, they booked a taxi for us for our early morning return to the airport so we didn’t need...

「We came in very late and the reception area was helpful and kind. The room met our needs and was cleaned every day. The location was perfect! 2 blocks from the water and 3 blocks from the main shopping area. Would definitely recommend!」
