「We stayed in the suite. It was very spacious with plenty of storage space, and a jacuzzi bath. The room was always cleaned to a high standard. The location of the hotel was very convenient, minutes away from the main square, and several bars and restaurants. However the breakfast was very disappointing. A small selection of items which fitted on a single table, and I never saw anything replenished. Very limited selection of pastries. The croissants were dry, and baked beans ended up in the...

「The access code of the padlock to take/return room card is changed during our stay, but there is no notification. We spent more than 30 minutes at the door and can't get the message from the What's App account until we call the phone number directly. Bad experience.」

「Close to scenic spots in old town and supermarkets. Comfortable room and bed.」

「El hotel de de primero nivel. Todo excelente! Y la ubicación no pudo ser mejor. Magnífica experiencia en Tallinn. Recomendable 100%. Gracias por un altísimo nivel de servicio.」

「Very convenient location and pretty property」

「So if you don't mind sleeping above a bar on a street with 5 night clubs that are open until 4 am this is a good choice. We got little sleep due to all the noise. The bed was like a camp cot. The room is spacious and really cool because it's in a very old building. The host was very responsive when we needed」

「Very disappointing for service and place we stay. Dirty place, it mentioned they provide cleaning service everyday, but no one come to clean up. It also mentioned there are air conditioner but there are no this facility. We complained but they just said that this is hotel.com problem. They should contact Hotel.com but they didn’t. Design of our room is quite strange, we found difficulty to use the toilet. Receptionist need to improve english skill. Bad place to stay. Not recommend to all of you.」
