"My first room was not clean at all and then I lost power. They did move me to another room room, but the carpet makes your feet black overall cleanliness experience not very good. Staff was accommodating and friendly, very apologetic.. I would at least like a compensation for all of the troubles that I’ve had the last stay it was very inconvenient to lose power the day of a huge event that I was not only attending, but working for put me a little behind having to move everything"

"Would not recommend! We were told to let the front desk know in the morning before 11 if we were going to need towels and washcloths for the current day. I mean, why would we not, shouldn’t that be a given? The guy told us several times that they do not towel swap at night. He said to let the front desk know and they would send someone in to get our dirty towels and leave fresh ones. (Let me just stop to say, we usually just put our used towels outside our door in the mornings and get fresh ones from the front desk at some point during the day.) However, the next morning, we let the lady at the front desk know. She said they would take care of it, but when we got back that night, everything was as we left it. We went down to the front desk and they said we did not let anyone know and they had told us the night before, that they do not towel swap at night. We told them, in fact we had, and they said we had a ‘do not disturb’ sign on the door then. We told him we absolutely did not. Instead of, I’m sorry for the inconvenience, here are some towels -we got, it’s your fault for not letting us know and well you must have had the do not disturb sign on. The guys at the front desk said that we had to come back up to our room, put the towels outside of the door, take a picture of the towels by our door as proof and then come back downstairs. We brought the towels to the front desk and eventually got clean ones . I have never been treated so rudely or ridiculously at a hotel. "
