"A good place for its price point and very convenient to the PNC Pavilion. Check in was somewhat chaotic. The first person at the desk needed to call for backup. They said they charge a $25 down payment for non smoking rooms, which isn’t on the Hotels.com listing. Still, the people were pleasant. We weren’t expecting luxury. The room was clean with decent bed linens. The A/C worked, which was essential in 90+ degree heat. The bath towels were small and it would be good to have more than 2 in a room for two people. The bathroom was ok on cleanliness but the corners could use a good mopping. There was a bit of an odor - probably the cleaner - when we arrived but not smoke (non smoking room). I would stay there again as a reasonably priced, no frills spot to sleep."
"This was a nice hotel for the price, so value was great. Upgraded bath and facility but the bathroom is very small. Has everything you need and is neat and clean but not much space. Overall, a good experience and close to lots of activities. Shopping, dining, Great Wolf Lodge, highway access, etc."

"It was convenient drive to downtown, shopping, and to restaurants. The room was clean and updated. The only drawback was the breakfast, it was included. It had many options but not always fresh. We ate there a few times and then just ended up going out to breakfast. "
