「Everything about this place was amazing, it was a highlight of my trip! Wonderful staff in a beautifully designed stylish hotel. I loved the design and attention to detail within the rooms and as an Expedia member I was given a complimentary cocktail on arrival. The host and the server were so friendly and kind and when I had travel difficulties they gave me a complimentary coffee too. I would highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely go back. 「Perfect staff and location, gorgeous building. Staff made us feel like valued family members! Senior Perez doted on us at breakfasts (which were delicious) and was so kind - he even packed up a huge lunch for us to take hiking! When one of our excursions failed to pick us on on time, the front desk phoned the excursion company and when the driver did come, THREE staff members came out to scold him and even wrote down the license number for our added safety! Hotel itself is a historic landmark...
