The best was that, i forgot my kindle in my room ( i was there for a medical procedure at UC davis) i called a few days later about it, and they had it. It was sent home to me ( at my own expense) which is understandable in perfect condition. I would absolutely stay here again. Plus they have gated parking so it feels safe.
