"Fantastic stay at the Lansdowne. We were here on a girls trip and the Oakey cottage was a perfect home base! Easy parking right in front, 5 minute leisurely walk from shops and restaurants was amazing. Breakfast every morning was fantastic and the manager was always there kind and cheery greeting us in the morning which we enjoyed. We had a fantastic time and will definitely return in the future! "

"Excellent location!! The pub is fantastic as was the breakfast. Rooms are small but this is the UK.. the queen size bed was very comfortable. Excellent TV too! Highly recommend!!!"

"Beautiful setting Hotel was lovely, we stayed in the little cottages and we couldn’t fault it. Nice and clean. Well presented. Had all that we needed. Having the 2 separate rooms upstairs and downstairs was great for when we put our little boy down to bed. Breakfast was amazing too. 5* all around definitely would recommend and would want to stay again"

"The hotel room was cleaned daily and was done to a high standard. Staff from booking in to checking out were friendly and polite. Good breakfast enough to start the day off. Couldn’t fault it . Evening meals are of a high standard and I would recommend anyone to eat there. Parking was a little on the tight side particularly during the day time. "

Conveniently located to town center, shopping, and bus stop. Restaurant on site was excellent as well. Staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. "
