"Room was exceptionally clean, no dust on top of the TV etc. Room is very elegant, as well as the entire hotel decoration. Staff were very friendly. Accommodation in the room were very nice. Mini fridge has a working freezer. Shampoo and shower gel were of high quality, doesn't leave cheap dry feeling on your hair or skin. Definitely get the bathtub room! And don't miss the breakfast part! The stay was so comfortable I decided to extend an extra day since I was so tired from walking the Alishan. Simply put, it's not just an overnight stay, it's a true resting spot."

"The lobby was big, unfortunately was full as they don’t let you check in a minute early. The room was a good size and we didn’t feel crammed with our big suitcases. Had a big deep Japanese style bath, with a tea soaking liquid. And the body wash and lotion were natural ingredients. Also the tea in the room was incredible quality from Alishan. The room has an AI concierge/listening device. We unplugged it and house keeping plugged in in every day 😆 We were given a voucher for non alcoholic drink due to the fact the rooftop pool was closed for repairs. This was the only disappointing experience in the hotel. We wanted to sit on the rooftop and have a few sunset drinks, even if the pool was closed. Considering that there was no one else on the rooftop and we were actually wanting to purchase beers and cocktails The bar staff told us that we had to take our “non alcoholic beverage to our room and that the tables were for bookings only” After some attitude from the bar staff they let us sit at a table. To note the rooftop is only open Friday-Sunday for a DJ club night for outside parties. All other staff were polite and friendly. The pre-order breakfast also comes with a mini buffet. Very tasty and satisfying. Location is great. 8 minutes walk to the new Beimen train station. So you don’t need to trek back to the city centre for the Alishan train. Also very close to a decent supermarket and several convenience stores Some great food options around."

"四人房空間ok可以平放4個29寸行李箱， 房間整齊，但是床有點太硬枕頭太軟，不知道是不是床單沒有很乾淨，我與另外一位長輩有輕微皮膚過敏起紅疹，過了幾個小時後有好轉，服務人員很熱情，樓下有餐廳可以吃懷 石套餐。"

"The hotel was dated and a bit far from walking to the Chiayi Station. There was a large stain on the cushioned headboard and did not look good at all. The shower was located at a corner of the bathroom without enclosure or shower curtain, whenever we took shower, the entire bathroom including the cabinets, vanity top, toilet, etc was wet. Really strange design! Breakfast was good with many items. Staffs were friendly."
