"We truly enjoyed our stay. The rooms were great, and the property was exceptionally clean and in excellent condition. We also appreciated that it’s possible to stay removed from the party areas and enjoy a more relaxed vacation. One small note, the room doors could be a bit quieter. Additionally, there’s some room for improvement in the themed restaurants, particularly in terms of food quality and service."

"The food was amazing! The best food we’ve had at an all inclusive report. No fighting for pool chairs. Very quiet and was not loud at all. Quivera steakhouse was delicious and staff was very attentive and professional. I would definitely go back! The only negative was on our last day our waiter at the pool was not attentive or friendly, and we had to flag him down numerous times to order food or drinks. It wasn’t busy either so not sure what hmthe issue was. It wasn’t just us having experienced this. All other staff were amazing"

"Property is in very good shape, very clean and modern rooms, pool and other places staff are friendly and efficient. Kid friendly hotel. For an all inclusive resort I always look for a Hard Rock property, the only bad thing at Los Cabos location, now they don't serve natural juices :("

"2 only thing is the beach we can’t go and food is very bad only the novu restaurant is excellently I get sick from ardea restaurant the dinner made me feel sick, the nomu restaurant dinner and breakfast was terrible!!! And to expensive"

"The villages are nice, but the resort is overcrowded and the food is terrible. It’s nearly impossible to get any space near or in the pool and getting around is a hassle."

"Beautiful resort but room was extremely beat up and not cleaned well upon entering also balcony door lock was broken and had to be replaced and also AC stopped working several times. Food was mediocre. VIP lounge was nice. Up charges for certain things are over kill with already paying for “all inclusive” staff was great. "
