「酒店環境優美，但chick in 時職員服務一般，當時亦沒有幫忙搬運行李的工作人員，等了一段時間，所以扣了不少分」

「房間比較殘舊，冇冷氣有點焗， 床褥不太舒適， 床單有小污漬，但酒店位置很好 ，去景點很方便，而且房間景觀開楊舒服。值得一提是酒店餐廳質素一流，價錢公道，食物非常出色，服務好，推薦大家可以試一試他們的晚餐。」

「Throughly enjoyed our stay as a family with our dog! Staff were super friendly and so helpful and inviting. The location is great with a beautiful view of the lake. We ate in the restaurant for dinner and would definitely recommend and the breakfast was really tasty. Beds really comfortable and clean! Room has everything you need. Will be back for sure!」

「Luxury is suɓjective but no. Studio suite was small with no lake view. Arrived to find black sharp grit dog hair and dried dog food on floor and some grit and dog hair on bottom of the bed. Vacumn in entrance solved this. Black mould on glass and frame in bathroom due to single glazing on all windows was cleaned. Despite staying 3 nights owner was unable to replace the missing hair dryer in that time. Middle window curtain and underbench rubbish bin needs repairing. Parking on site and bed...

「Lovely property close to shops and restaurants in Bowness. Windermere also close but longer walking distance than Bowness. The parking at the back is definitely not for low car, even my standard A180 Merc has struggled a bit. Keep persisting with the shower, it takes a little to “learn” how to use it, leave the bathtub hot water running through the taps, it will eventually kick in the main shower. Felt the kitchen space was quite small and sometimes not very practical and an additional frying...
