「The tap water was foul, you couldn't wash your face, shower, or drink it. For how much they charge the least they could do is provide water bottles in the room. The staff couldn't advise on hikes, nor did they have useful pamphlets regarding nearby tourism. The kitchen and common area were cluttered and dirty. The renos were done by someone with less experience than they should have for that type of property. Overall not impressed and won't be staying again.」

「The bed sagged in the middle, the sheets and blankets and towels were worn thin. The pillows were not fluffy. There were dirty finger smudges on the walls around the bathroom light switch, door, and shower. There were brown flecks on the wall behind the toilet. The shower curtain had mold on the bottom. The accessibility chair for the shower was grungy. The water for the shower was warm and didn’t get hot. The shower wand kept sliding down the rail and couldn’t be tightened. The TV did not...

「Wir hatten eine kleine Hütte für zwei Personen, mit kleiner, aber ausreichend ausgestatteter Küche und kleinem Bad mit Toilette (Oberhalb der Badezimmerwand ist offen). Parkplatz direkt daneben. Unser Zimmerschlüssel befand sich an der Rezeptionstür (da wir später angereist sind), super easy. Die Unterkunft befindet sich ca. 40 Minuten oberhalb von Jasper - es war schön und gemütlich, allerdings würden wir nächstes Mal eine Unterkunft direkt in Jasper wählen, da es für die Nationalparks viel...
