「Staff was incredibly helpful, room was very clean and comfy. I was surprised at how new and nice the bathroom was. Even had a fancy light up mirror that had a defroster built in. My only complaint is that my first shower was only Luke-warm and my second shower in the morning did not Happen as there was no hot water available. I’m guessing that everyone staying there decided to shower all around the same time that morning leaving no more hot water in the tank. Overall a good stay, bed was comfy...

「The property was clean and the staff was polite, but I was disappointed that I was placed in an accessible room even though I did not request one. I asked if another room was available and was told the hotel was fully booked. While I understand availability issues happen, the room layout was not comfortable for my stay and did not match my expectations when booking. Other than that, the property itself was decent and well maintained.」

「Rooms were very clean, great coffee in the room. The resort(the actual area in general )is in “mud month”. Very few restaurants and stores were open. Not the fault of the resort. Refrigerator needed to be requested. The views were spectacular and the lobby was beautiful 」
