「I was welcomed by three employees of the hotel with such warmth, I immediately felt at home. Laura, in particular, was so attentive to me during my entire stay. I was sad to leave. A wonderful experience. The only caveat is that it's a little far from the main town, but the hotel can arrange for a Tuk Tuk for you (very cheap and fun). 」

「Wonderful place,very confortable,clean and pretty . Very nice,friendly,warm and helpful staff. The included breakfast is a la cart,including eggs Benedict with no time limit. The girl at the front desk,very sweet,explained graciously and in detail all places worth visiting. We were very satisfied and happy with our stay. We highly recommend this hotel.」

Since the hotel is in Santa Fe but not right at central square, not noisy at night and close to highway to Medellín to get back to Medellin from Santa Fe.」

「Me esperaba más de un hotel que cobra 1.1 MM la noche. La habitación no es acorde al precio. Parece mas habitación de un Motel que de un hotel SPA. Paredes sucias, piso deteriorado, muebles deteriorados y del baño sale olor a alcantarilla. Pedí un corte de carne que tampoco es acorde a lo que deberia ser, por lo que también son precios no acordes! 」

「Nada limpio, la pisicina muy sucia, en general el lugar no es limpio. Las habitaciones regulares, no había ni jabón para las manos, no había agua en la ducha. Para el precio que pagamos nada que ver. No lo recomiendo. 」
