「I stayed at this property for 3day/2nights. The staff was amazing. They are some of the nicest kindest people you will meet. We felt safe and learned an enormous amount about the animals in the area. It was my bday and they made me a cake and sang, it was unforgettable. Memories for a lifetime. 「酒店位置很好，在马拉河边，但并不是每个房间都能看见马拉河。硬件条件差一些，由于是帐篷的原因，卫生条件也不是很好，昆虫和帐篷上的霉点很多，家庭房（3张床）很拥挤。晚上昆虫和河马叫声此起彼伏，对睡眠环境要求较高请慎选。服务人员有些较为热情，有些较为冷淡，服务水平不一。早中晚均为自助餐，品种较少，住3晚后对餐食已经感到厌烦了。」
