"Good property, close to the central station. Hotel is small, but is well maintained."

"The real strength of this hotel is definitely its staff. When we booked, we were aware that the railway was nearby and expected some noise because of it. However, our room was directly facing the tracks, and the noise was quite significant. Since we were staying for 10 nights, we decided to take a chance and asked if another room on the other side of the building might be available. The staff immediately upgraded us and even offered us a choice between two larger, better-equipped rooms. We weren’t expecting that at all, and it was extremely appreciated. One recommendation I would make is to add coffee machines with capsules in the rooms, as well as a toaster in the kitchen. Housekeeping is only done once a week. However, as with many new buildings, dust tends to accumulate quickly. I would suggest offering cleaning services at least twice a week. Overall, I highly recommend this place. It is very nice, very clean, and ideally located just steps from the central train station."

"This hotel was a wonderful choice in Copenhagen. Centrally located, amazing staff, comfortable rooms and even heated floors in the bathroom. The bathtub was a treat. The front desk workers were so very helpful and accommodating. I would stay here on my next journey anytime!!"

"The TV was not working, so we requested assistance. Supposedly they had someone try to fix it without sucess. They said they'd give us an upgrade which was only moving us to an identical small room at a higher level (4th to 10th). Breakfast was great though with a large selection of breads, cheeses, meat and hard boiled eggs. "

"Hotel staff is nice and helpful. Clean rooms. Very central and within walking distance to all major attractions. I did the breakfast on my last day. It’s 95 DK and a buffet with great selection. I enjoyed it. The lobby is nice and spacious with plenty of space for seating while waiting to check in/out. I used the AeroGuest App and check in was seamless and I had a digital key and was also able to check out through the app as well. I would definitely stay here again."
