great stay. The staff was amazing. elegant surroundings that harkened back to the turn of the century. Authentic. Simply appointed with old world charm. Past guests from early 1900’s would recognize its charm immediately.

Excellent, cozy hotel in Nikko. Comfortable room and bedding. Very clean and well designed. Nice lounge area and a great selection of quality curated food you can reheat on the kitchen area. I wish the Marriott’s in the US were as nice. Staff was terrific. Several good restaurants are 5-10 minutes ...

Very quiet apart hotel, little outside the centre. Easy to walk to train station, grocery and restaurants. Projector TV was a hit with the kids and we enjoyed the artificial hot spring tub.

Fukouji
川場スキー場に行く為泊まりましたが、オーナーの人柄とサービスが最高でした。 特に急に朝食を頼んだにもかかわらず、朝早くから準備してくださり、食べきれない程の韓国料理を提供していただきました。 ありがとうございました。また、今度は夏にお邪魔します。
