員工不友善 飯店很髒
房間有一股霉味，廁所到處都是發霉，完全沒清潔乾淨，樓下櫃檯服務的男生員工，態度很不好，一直不斷地在催促客人，不管他協助你做任何事情都一副你妨礙到他，真心不推薦！ 最可笑的事 他們的旅館是主打乾淨 友善

1/16-20入住四晚，兩間雙床房間訂到不錯的房價，距離美榮橋8號站步行5分鐘，附近有family mart &Aeon ,以及當地人的超市，步行到國際通大約10分鐘，到離島的乘船碼頭大概700m, 地點相當好。

員工中有本地及外籍人士,可用普通話, 英文或日語溝通.酒店有自家的收費地庫停車場,客人只要把車駛進升降機,員工便會操作把車降到停車場,保安完全沒問題。酒店附近有24小時便利店及AEON MaxValu ,走一，二分鐘便能買東西補給非常方便.。走10分鐘可到ORIX租車公司取車,5分鐘去單軌站。 唯一覺得酒店房內沒衣櫃比較不方便,除非只住一，二晚。掛衣服的只有一根約8 吋長的掛衣杆和4,5隻衣架。但酒店整體是十分整潔舒服。

一般吧，不推荐！
位置还比较方便，价格便宜，我定的时候应该不是旺季，所以比较便宜。房间大小还可以。不满意房间的厕所味道太重，真心太味儿了。房间的窗户不能打开，多少都感觉有些潮味，洗的衣服不爱干，也没地方挂。床品比较旧。没咖啡包、棉花棍包。

連住4晚，入住當天接待人員是一名外籍女人，態度比差，取key後發現房間某地方是渗水，聯絡客服，男客服態度很好，了解後換房給我們，但可惜換的房間，睡床是由兩張單人床合拼為一張大床。無耐接受，早餐1千日元，食物只可以飽肚，選擇不多。整體個4晚叫可接受，滿意就⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯

以空間跟價位來說這裡CP值真的很高,附近也有超市超商及餐廳!離美榮橋站僅需5~8分鐘的路程很方便!若跟OTS租車也僅需5分鐘的路程,很方便!

巿區住宿理想地點
在巿區的飯店房間空間確實有點兒窄，自有機械式停車位，還可以按車高調整合適的車位。停、取車需由飯店人員代為操作，算是方便。出外需將房間鑰匙寄存櫃枱，拿鑰匙時櫃枱會核對入住房客的護照影本(check-in 留存) 對住房安全有保障。 距離國際通步行約 15 分漫步可達，出了飯店步行 2 分鐘就有全家超商，不訂飯店早餐也可以輕鬆覓食。BTW 飯店離單軌電車 ‘美榮橋站’ 步行 4 分鐘可達。
