House great, service fair.
House great, super big, there are 2 floors. However, so troublesome to check in and take the the key from another hotel. And the cleaner will press your doorbell to ask u to check out at 10am sharp.

內隴乾淨企理，唯一缺㸃是煎鍋是發霉不能用，我們要自己買一個來煎肉，另外取鎖匙要去別處地方取離住的地方
我們大人小孩共10人有四房9張床，所以要Hotel.com幫我們打電話去要求加枕頭，加餐坐椅，Hotel.com話酒店拒絕我們要求，所以若人數多過9人要自備枕頭了

You must need a car to stay here. There’s some mosquitos too. Yet overall the house is clean and spacious, for family stay!

寬敞乾淨又舒適的服務型住宅
獨棟建築空間十分寬敞，有洗衣機、烘衣機及晾衣服的架子，很貼心。每間房間打掃得很徹底，床舒適好睡。負責辦理入住的工作人員親切有禮，且詳細介紹環境及屋內設施。開車約5分鐘有中型購物商場及超市，可用餐及購物。

寬敞，極新，舒適
四間房間，九張單人床，舒適，適合開車自助，每棟可停2-3台車，離aeon具志川和aeon永旺約20-30分，沒有常駐櫃檯，需事先告知check-in時間，staff會開車在那邊等，check-out時把鑰匙丟入中間那棟前黑色信箱即可，很方便。

整潔舒適的環境，地方也很大。我們7位入住地方好寬敞。 唯一要注意不像酒店般有櫃台服務員隨時check in ,需在3-7pm指定時間內check in ,雖然當天我們因塞車遲了些到達，服務員也十分好一直等待我們到達講解後才離開。

New, clean and Big House
If you are in a group over 5 persons, it must the good choice for the family and friends. There were 4 bedrooms, 2 bathroom with toilet, 1 toilet, kitchen, dinning room and garden. But you have to drive, otherwise it is not easy to find the location. 4 parking spaces share with 2 houses. It is very new and like a party house. However, the staffs are not good at english. I suggest you could use the google translate to communicate with the staffs. But, it is not the big problem. They have prepare the translated scripts for the simple communication. I suggest you could request more pillows before arrival. The pillows are too flat, as we just were 5 persons staying. 4 spare beds available. We took those pillows from the spare rooms and made it double. No trash bin in the kitchen, recycle bins only. But there was spare trash bag in the kitchen drawer.

位置在住宅區,較偏僻,好在有GPS,只適合自駕遊,附近咩都冇,20分鐘車程去最近的Aeon.門前有兩個free parking,好方便. 我們7人有老有小孩,房子共有4房9張床,好大好乾淨整體舒適,有廚房,可煮食,不過餐枱略細,餐椅不夠坐,成班人圍埋食飯好迫.有washer & dryer好方便.好啱一大班朋友.抵住!

As the house is in residential areas, the place is quite and not close to any shopping mall. The house has 2 floors which is big. There are 4 bedrooms and 9 single beds which is suitable for a group of people or friends.

部屋は最高だが管理が最低でした。
施設の鍵を取りに行く際にメールに記載されている電話番号にかけても「新しい電話番号は・・・・」と案内があり、メモを取りかけ直しました。 すると同じ系列なのか、別のホテルにつながり、そこから管理事務所場所を伝えられるので、どこが管理しているのか分からず、不安な中 北谷の管理事務所へ。 事務所で鍵を渡され20分ほどで施設へ向かうも 周辺道路が舗装されておらず、危うくレンタカーを傷つけてしましそうになりながら到着。 施設は綺麗でベッドルームが4つもあり広々としています。 しかし お湯を沸かそうとしてもカスコンロの火がつかなかったり、お風呂のシャワーからお湯が出なかったりで散々でした。 結局事務所の場所を聞いたホテルに電話をかけ管理会社に問い合わせると 施設外のプロパンの元栓が開いておらず電話で誘導されながら何とか開栓。 部屋自体は広々としているのですが、電球が切れているところが多く、1階トイレも夜中は扉を開けておかないと真っ暗で用を足せない有様でした。 管理がしっかりしていれば最高だと思います。

방도 많고 넓고 깨끗해요. 대가족이 이용하기에 좋아요. 다만 주차하고 현관까지 계단으로 되어있어서 짐 나르기 좀 번거로웠어요. 거동이 불편하신 분들이 이용하기에는 불편하실 거 같아요. 1층에 부모님이 묵으셨는데 샤워시설이 없었어요. 따뜻한 물도 안나와요. 저희가 총 9명이라 좀 아쉬웠어요. 아 물론 2층에 샤워부스와 욕조가 있는 화장실 하나씩 두 개 있었어요. 침대가 흔들림이 심했어요. 매트리스문제라기보다 프레임에 스프링이 그렇더라구요. 익숙하지 않아서 불편했어요

너무깔끔하고 방도 여러개고 욕실도 많고 화장실도 여러개라 대가족이 묵기 좋을거같아요 다만 위치상으로 좀 떨어져있어서 아쉽긴 하지만 어차피 차타고 이동할거라 괜찮았어요 너무 좋았어요~ 서비스도 좋고 친절했어요 ㅎㅎ

너무 깨끗하고 넓고 침실도 여러개고 너무 맘에 들었습니다. 1층에 샤워시설이 있었다면 완전 퍼펙트였겠지만 그 가격에 그것까지 바라면 안될것 같아요. ㅋ 숙박시설이 맘에 들어서 모든 여행일정이 다 만족스럽게 느껴졌습니다.
