環境清潔不佳

廁所沒有通風設備 異味瀰漫 房間床組清潔不佳 且材質粗躁 剛入住皮膚就開始發癢 房子內還有一個儲藏室 使原本就不寬敞的空間 更擁擠

check in 開始 hotel 就搞錯房間給我跟另一組台灣房客, 把同樣一間房誤給兩個家庭 check in, 然後晚上七點就下班, 我們只好在由 hotel 再跑回去 check in 的 front desk 問個清楚. 然後房間其中一間雙人的床的床腳根本就斷了, 才坐上去, 整張床都傾斜一邊, 根本不能睡. 還有一個直接碰觸到身體的床單, 上面不知道是甚麼的舊汙漬, 再來就是出風口灰塵厚度根本不用刻意地看, 就顯而見之. 當初是看到空間大, 我們四個人住, 但好像除了空間大這個點, 其他都有問題. 而 hotel 人員允諾我們第二天一早會來幫我們處理, 但晚上回到房間, 甚麼都沒有變, 還一直跟我們推諉說找不到清潔公司人員, 還在努力中. 說真的, 開心到一個地方去旅遊, 無非也是討個空間好休息就好, 但 Hotel 人員的推諉, 跟 EXPEDIA 的慢處理, 讓我們四位很無言......

備品準備的很齊全，離美容橋站很近，生活機能都具備了，很適合帶家人一起前往。房間裡甚至還有usb多孔充電線，真是太貼心了！
